      Pros

      Flexible working hours and relaxed atmosphere. Awesome enthusiast young environment, with possibility to participate at external training. Very happy with the growing opportunities. The company itself favors intrateam change and personal growth. The development department is working with Agile framework (Scrum). The mentality is that of a family run company.

      Cons

      Maybe salary is a little bit lower than the average, but it's worth it. The mentality is that of a family run company.

      Pros

      Great company environment from the limited experience I had during my internship. Everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming and I never was left in the dark when issues arose. I would highly recommend working for Esteco North America.

      None that I experienced in my internship.

      Pros

      Agile and hybrid work is the default, lots of flexibility. Work is based on objectives instead of clock time.

      Cons

      The wages are on the low end. The benefits try to make up for it.
