Cons
Extremely poor culture (I can only speak for the NSW office). The average span of a sales/BDM professional is 1 month over the last one year. The company does not seem to be customer centric and a lot of customer relations are in jeopardy. The company is cash rich but are extremely poor payers. It is by far the worst sales incentive plan I've seen in my career. Extremely poor. The predates and delivery people are well versed in GIS and are encouraged to look down upon sales professionals who may not come with a GIS background. There is an element of distrust. For a company of 200 employees, there's a lot of hierarchy and exists a culture of micro-management and limited flexibility. The management is upright about men being dressed in ties on a daily basis which emphasises the lack of flexibility.
