      Bom para quem está começando e quer pegar experiência prática no dia a dia. Salário dentro da média de mercado para o cargo.

      Cons

      Prazos muito apertados e, muitas vezes, sem todos os insumos/informações necessários para entregar com qualidade; Sensação de que a alta gestão poderia estar mais alinhada com a realidade operacional da equipe; Pouca transparência em alguns processos e decisões; Cultura de esperar que todos dominem várias áreas diferentes, o que gera sobrecarga e dificuldade de especialização.

      Very stable company Overall good environment, filled with genuinely nice people A great place to work if you're interested in a brand MBA

      Cons

      It's not challenging enough, every year is basically the same (which can be a good thing too) There's no clear path for career growth Handling marketing in a marketing school is particularly tough -- egos and political shenanigans will hinder your work.
