Terrible - Claims ESIS (PA) Employee Review

NO WORK LIFE BALANCE!!! Understaffed, overworked, overwhelmed, and poorly managed. The company is a revolving door. People leave and you are automatically reassigned to their files, which are lacking in everything. Management is clueless, not unempathetic and only interested in gaining more clients. I would never recommend this place to anyone. You are constantly barraged with more work and tasks. There is no training. You are thrown on a desk with an unmanageable caseload.
