      Pros

      You feel valued as an individual. The teams are great; very supportive, genuinely caring, and work together well. Lots of autonomy and trust. Minimal bureaucracy compared to corporate enterprises.

      Cons

      We get food vans for regular company town halls and events, terrible if you're on a diet.

      Pros

      - friendly atmosphere, usually low stress - was able to work remotely

      Cons

      - ancient systems - employees that have been here forever are mailing it in - often sign up for contracts that cost more to service than we make - delivery team understaffed - every team is just remnants of a different company acquisition that is never fully absorbed
