Pros
Monthly paycheck, good amount of time off, flexibility depending on client, kinda cheap health plans but nothing exceptional, some team outings, easy job.
Cons
Absolutely no career growth, no useful training, no concern for face-to-face feedback, no promotions, next to nothing raises (just to compensate inflation), terrible time tracking system, no support nor feedback from HR when needed; and when provided, it's very rude. Upper management is a joke as they don't care about who generates the money they live on. Supposedly, there is a tuition reimbursement plan but the people who approve it make excuses so you don't enjoy it; they loose money after all.
