Pros
I’ve been with ERP Maestro for about 6 months. It’s amazing how fast the company is growing. We started out pretty small, but we’ve almost doubled in size just since I the time I was hired! All of the jobs I’ve held previously have been with large corporations, so it’s been refreshing to see how quick and nimble things are here. There’s a lot of work to be done, but I feel like I’m a lot more visible to the leadership team and my accomplishments can more easily be seen and recognized. The people are friendly, and the environment is very energetic. I was also pleasantly surprised by how good the benefits package was (unlimited PTO – woo hoo!)
Cons
The fast growth we’re having has caused a few growing pains - Literally – we are outgrowing our current office space! We’re moving into a much larger office in a couple of months, so for now a lot of us are sharing offices. It makes things a bit cozy, but I guess it’s a nice problem to have.
