If you are looking to sell ShipERP be prepared for a very narrow niche of prospective clients. If you are looking to program or work as a business analyst, understand that you may have to work hard to satisfy a client at your own expense. Prepare yourself for giving up an occasional weekend or evening. Often holidays are ideal times for Go-Live projects. We had a project manager that frustrated some on our team but they are no longer with us. That issue has been resolved.

Short projects with a variety of end cients offer broad exposure to different branches, scenarios, and system landscapes. The people who actually do the work are really nice and help you out despite the high pressure, toxic environment.

The PMs are a complete joke. They have no leadership qualities whatsoever and are just complete jerks. Unfortunately the managing partners trust them, even though the people below them do all the work, only for the PMs to then carry off the laurels. Zero work life balance. Very unorganized, unprofessional, growing company with no SOPs or guidelines in place. It’s sink or swim.
