Pros
There are no pros at all. Every good Glassdoor review is clearly written by HR, and all the bad ones are 100% true, trust me on this. If you’re desperate and have no other options, then maybe think about joining this company. The only so-called “pro” is that you might learn a lot, but that’s just because they’ll work you to the bone, with no increments, no appreciation, and zero recognition. The only good thing is that I got out of there.
Cons
The leadership team is trash. They have no idea what they’re doing. all they care about is making money for themselves without giving a single thought to the employees. The work culture is absolute garbage, super toxic. It honestly feels like being part of an Indian saas-bahu serial. So yeah, be my guest if that’s your thing. Managers? They don’t really have a say in anything except dumping a ton of work on you. Don’t expect your hard work to be recognized, and even if it is, it’s probably just so they can give you even more work instead of a salary hike. Speaking of salary, it’s trash. And if by chance you’re getting paid well, be ready to work around the clock. You’ll literally feel like you’re in a call center. Oh, and salaries get delayed. sometimes by a month, with zero communication or compensation. If you still decide to join, at least stay close to your colleagues… you’ll need someone to share all the “hot tea” with to stay sane. One more thing - Operations team sucks!!!
