Pros
Been with the company for a long tine. Liked the people (co workers) very much. There is good free coffee and tea. Hackathons and other celebrations every year. Just make sure your start salary is good because you can forget about good yearly increases.
Cons
Managemenr is a bit dodgy. They have favorites that keep getting promotions and winning awards. The rest are all just supposed to celebrate their achievements. Management pretends ti care about people, but in reality its jusr superficial caring. They also keep changing their visions and everytime the company changes goals a whole lot of people get retrenched. Performance reviews has nothing to do with your real day to day work. Instead you have to make up BS that supposedly alligns in some way to the company values. And the person who approves it typically has nothing to do with what you actually work on every day. Every year when its time for salary increases management will starr telling you how tough times are while they still justify expensive overseas trips for stuff that could easily have been done via video conference. And then salary increases are almost guaranteed to be below inflation. Year after year same thing.
