      There one of the best coleagues I have ever worked with. Hands on many interesting projects with quite free hands. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Zero to non financial benefits. Not enough pay or way how to increase it.

      Pros

      Invests in employees. Provides trainings, and follows industry standards.

      Cons

      Way too extreme. Sometimes simple solution, gets complicated because of the standards. Promotion is applied rather than earned.
