      Salary review every year, great people, the values of the company are fantastic, possibility to grow, courses about technologies, managment and soft skills, events, flex time... Its a great company to stay I'm very happy with ERNI!

      Invests in employees. Provides trainings, and follows industry standards.

      Cons

      Way too extreme. Sometimes simple solution, gets complicated because of the standards. Promotion is applied rather than earned.
