The team at ERIN is incredible! Coming from a background in K-12 education, I was thrilled that they recognized my transferable skills, and were willing to take the gamble on me! I love the work life balance and the ability to work from home when needed (although with an office right in the North Shore of Pittsburgh, with a rooftop patio and an incredible skyline view, why would you want to work from home? But most important is that we are like a big family. We get stoked for each others success, and we genuinely want to see people grow and succeed in their roles. And with the rate the company is growing, it’s an incredible place to be.

Anyone who says that there isn’t a level of stress associated with working at a start up would be lying. Recent success makes me constantly look for ways to further the company, which can add to a busy schedule. But remember… ERIN is all about work life balance, and managers have extremely reasonable expectations of their teams.

Company promises job safety before offering job and let you go when they decide they can outsource They stress on deadline and expect you to work even if you are ground to halt and if you hint them of quitting then they convince you to not give up. Everytime they go from “limited” to “unlimited” vacation, get the sly hint that they are planning to downsize.
