      Lotta chicks, free food at times, no one thats too proud of their job

      the management sucks at the intake and interviewing. They pass up on amazing candidates and allow bottom of the barrel ones in.. continuously looking for help but don't know how to actually hire real help. Narrow-minded. Also the pay was meteocre

      International team Growing company Flexible and innovative company Lots of opportunities to develop within the group (international career as well)

      Processes, procedures are not very developed yet, Location of head office - in the middle of nowhere Communication (on department/ group level) could be improved
