Toxic work culture. Management likes staff who agrees everything they say. Staff who disagrees or dares to voice their opinions will be blacklisted. staffs are forced to attend courses. Some days ending at only 1am. The course is not meant for everyone and some find it too intimating that they feel depress after attending the course. Female staff are treated quite poorly. They have to carry big heavy boxes up the stairs. There is no lift to level 4 storage room. I have seen them carrying boxes of trophies etc. bosses likes to shout at staff to show authority. Some staff are not dressed professionally. They look like they are working in a club or going to the market. A lot of overtime especially nearing to event period. Mind you they have events almost every month. Sometimes 1-2 big event in a month. No work life balance. Bosses are always texting after office hour and expects replies. Managers likes to micromanage. A lot of them are managers level and above but cannot perform. They got the title only because they have been in the company for long. They like to shout and belittle staff under them. If a boss don’t like you, you will be asked to leave or you become an outcast. First time seeing so many staff asked to leave when I was still in the company. It is a company that only cares for agents because they are earning money for them. This company is full of wayang nonsense. If agent complains, company will only find fault with staff. Agent is king! Hopefully they will take a serious look into the management.
