Okay Company, Terrible Owner - Mechanical Engineer EPFC Employee Review

I can’t think of any

Owner is the worst Schedules are unrealistic and require hours and hours of extra time that goes without any appreciation. Micromanaged constantly Owner has his nose in everything and doesn’t let anybody do their jobs. You are required to do everything his way even though it’s wrong most of the time. He talks to his employees like he owns them. Company tries to implement a good culture but fails horribly.

Good team, very supportive and helpful and flexible.

Too busy, lots of patients coming all the time
