      -work life black I know its depends on project but most of the pepole I have intracted till now no one comlain about it. No work after 6 -Flexibility If you want wfh you will get it just wfh should be available with your skill set -Upskill You will get enough time for unskilling they push to learn gen ai

      Cons

      -project interview is though but this is what make you to open leetcode.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
