      Pros

      Self-development opportunities, various projects, clients known all over the world, great community support, benefits, insurance, almost no bureaucracy. Management on the top level encourages employees to grow and spread knowledge, learn and grow.

      Cons

      Difficult to raise salary since 2022. You have to be very proactive, spend time to non-project activities, pass lots of trainings and certifications to get a possible raise, which is not for everyone.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
