This time during your employment is crucial for your development as an EPAMer. Employees should use this time with no current project assignments to get feedback from their peers, update their profile, take learning assessments and look for their next opportunity on an EPAM project. If you are unhappy with your situation, we encourage you to create a development plan with your manager.
It's also important to note that depending on your location, employees are required to pay for a portion of their health insurance, while EPAM pays for the remainder. This cost-sharing method is common across many parts of North America, Western Europe, Asia and Australia.
