      clear processes; good attittude of management to their employees; stable company; wide benefits package (insuranse, English courses, learning, fitness and so on): variety of career opportunities; people - real professionals; famous clients; innovations.

      Cons

      Sometimes you need be proactive and ask necessary questions to necessary people to get an information, however it's possible; There is some bureaucracy in the St Pete office - you need get many approvals for different actions, but it's just a big company. Not a huge problem,

      Pros

      Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
