      Pros

      There is no much pressure on work. Getting good hike while joining.

      Cons

      There is no KT on project after onboarding. Client interview is very difficult to clear. Also not provided the feedback regarding interview. Employee will be laid off when not getting the project.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
