      Never work in EPAM if you don't want to have supportive management, wonderful team, challenging environment and interesting projects! Never work in EPAM if you don't want to have a wide number of projects in different domains, nice clients and a huge professional knowledge base! Never work in EPAM if you are not interested in internal learning and networking with smart people! Never work in EPAM if you tired of conferences, mentoring and team buildings! Please, just never ever work in EPAM if you don't want to meet progressive and intelligent people!

      Cons

      Competitive environment that not everyone would like to accept.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
