Too Much to learn here

NO Self Satisfaction & Slow carrier growth

Chill working environment. Not too much work pressure.

Salary not paid on time. It came on 9-12th of every month. Too much office politics and ego clash. People are hired on the basis of contacts and years of experience but not on the basis of knowledge. Work and idea suggestions to seniors were not welcomed. Some seniors didn't know how to manage a team. Lacked knowledge and skills. No team support and unity. Voice for right demands were pushed down and categorized as a bad behavior and violating code of conduct. Company mentality of seniors being always right. Even if they broke the code of conduct and you were right.
