We recognize your concerns regarding culture and perceptions around career advancement. Supporting employee development and fostering a fair, inclusive work environment are priorities for us. In 2024, we launched our new People Development Strategy, which will be rolled out to all managers in 2025. According to our latest internal survey, 72% of employees feel supported in acquiring the skills needed for the jobs of tomorrow, and 71% report having access to the information, resources, and support needed to manage their careers effectively.
We also continue to invest in equity and inclusion through initiatives like Be.U@ENGIE, launched in 2022, which promotes performance through diversity, equity, and inclusion.
