Hi, Thank you for your positive feedback about ENGIE's management, steady flow of projects, and personal development opportunities. We understand that career growth can sometimes feel stagnant, and we are actively working on making career paths clearer for our employees to enhance our value proposition. In line with our commitment to personal development, 86% of our employees were trained in 2023, with an average of 28 hours of training per employee. We are proud of this progress and aim to reach 100% employee training annually by 2030. Best regards, The ENGIE HR Team

Thank you for sharing your review after more than 3 years with us in Houston. We are pleased to hear that you find the overall total compensation fair compared to industry standards. At ENGIE, transparency and fairness in rewards are essential priorities, and we are glad that our employees know and understand the elements of their compensation through our pay transparency policy. We also take your comments regarding the competitiveness of the bonus payout structure seriously. Your feedback is highly valuable as we regularly analyze our compensation programs to remain competitive within the industry. Sincerely, The ENGIE Team

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
