At ENGIE, we are deeply committed to supporting the development of our employees. In 2023, 86% of our employees received training, with the goal of reaching 100% annual participation by 2030. We also value platforms like Glassdoor, as they provide valuable insights into the experience of working at ENGIE. Thank you for sharing your review after more than 3 years with us in Houston. We are pleased to hear that you find the overall total compensation fair compared to industry standards. At ENGIE, transparency and fairness in rewards are essential priorities, and we are glad that our employees know and understand the elements of their compensation through our pay transparency policy. Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
