Hello, thanks for your review left on our ENGIE page :) We are glad to read that you count training opportunities as a positive advantage , that's the goal ! We attach a lot of importance into trainings for our employees, and grow all together ! Up to 84% of ENGIE employees were trained last year and we aim at training 100% employees per year by 2030. Regarding workload, don't hesitate to express your feeling about it during the annual performance and development meeting :)

Thank you for sharing your review after more than 3 years with us in Houston. We are pleased to hear that you find the overall total compensation fair compared to industry standards. At ENGIE, transparency and fairness in rewards are essential priorities, and we are glad that our employees know and understand the elements of their compensation through our pay transparency policy. We also take your comments regarding the competitiveness of the bonus payout structure seriously. Your feedback is highly valuable as we regularly analyze our compensation programs to remain competitive within the industry. Sincerely, The ENGIE Team

Pros

Great company culture, everyone (or almost everyone) genuinely wants to help.

Cons

The culture of 'niceness' is not consistent across board. The French people within the organization have this sense of superiority.
