Pros

-Great coworkers! They’re overqualified for their positions -Lucked out with an awesome manager -Good PTO -WFH

Cons

-Terrible pay for the workload -Overworked: Tasked with work from a team who were not doing well and we were not compensated for it. (Happened multiple times - it was a way for them to “praise” us for doing well, so here’s more work!) -Poor training, does not really set you up well for the job. The rest of your own training will fall on your coworkers who don’t get compensated for it. -Micromanagement from upper management. -Repetitive work. -Poorly organized resources -Old system that constantly shut down

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
