Very fair, competitive salary, regular incentives, holiday purchase available as well as other discounts. Regular 9-5 with good pay for overtime.

Cons

Glass ceiling. The job is what it is; regular and reliable

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
