Constantly harassed over timings and productivity, I understand that you're there to do the job but if you've only just started and to be honest don't know a thing about the terms used in mortgaging then you should be given a little bit of slack! Taking people who have been in retail or customer service job with the promise of progressing in the company but even the people already there don't want to progress. Lots of others who I have trained with have already left and I am too looking for new job opportunities! Management very two faced, nice to you in person but look down on you any other time!
