Pros
The engineering team was laid back. The old boss was ok with flexible work hours. Music was played in the office space. Subscribers were slowly increasing or maybe hit a plateau.
Cons
Until the new CEO decided to change things with a new company strategy and eventually new bosses. He's taking emphasis away from technology and towards selling music. Company as a whole is losing subscribers left and right.
