      Flexible work life balance. Decent 401k match and generous timeoff

      Cons

      Company appears to be going downhill. Lack of training,development and efficient system functionality. Company is turning into a typical "corporate" environment which it wasn't 10 years ago under previous CEO.

      Management seems to care. Work life balance.

      Cons

      Doing the work of a senior adjuster but they will not give promotions even though the adjusters do the work, for a lower pay.
