      Remote work, decent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      No communication between departments. Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Very high case loads. Under staffed.

      Management seems to care. Work life balance.

      Cons

      Doing the work of a senior adjuster but they will not give promotions even though the adjusters do the work, for a lower pay.
