      Some folks have huge ego's and I suppose that is only natural since there are a lot of employees , you're bound to meet some clashing ego's

      Management seems to care. Work life balance.

      Doing the work of a senior adjuster but they will not give promotions even though the adjusters do the work, for a lower pay.
