Pros

Jeans (shorts and sandals in summer) dress code. This is really both a pro and a con. This should have been my first clue. The training manager, processing manager, and VPs of sales are really great.

Cons

The owner is flashy (dressing in embarrassing colored suits/driving ridiculous cars) and he is always drinking at evens and saying inappropriate things. Management plays it off like no big deal or just ignores bc it’s expected. The next in command is insecure and needs to be in charge of everything. He hijacks meetings, creating chaos and stalling and productivity. He inserts his options when the people he hired should be the ones asked for their opinions. The business model is a bunch of small branches and a few call centers where MLOs aren’t calling anyone. They sit and wait for calls and play on their computers all day or complain about leads. Volume is declining rapidly and the company is not growing it retaining, its hemorrhaging through layoffs. People are angry. Management curses, a lot. They belittle you and micromanage you, for little to no pay!

Pros

This company is a bunch of uneducated bros. Only person with a semblance of knowledge is NIck G*rouzes,

Cons

HR. Absolutely two faced. Don’t divulge personal information. You’re not safe.
