      The clients are who we work for and they are great!

      The company doesn’t care about the salon owners they only care about sales and yet never had enough inventory to fulfill orders.

      Pros

      Used to be good when they paid 10% commission but then it went down to 8% commission.

      Cons

      Reduced commission by 2% , set unrealistic sales goals and used them as means to fire sales reps and if you did hit your goals then they didn’t have the inventory so you were still on the chopping block.
