Pros

Pay is decent, but that’s about it.

Cons

They do not follow any of the US holidays or care about US employees at all. Toxic work culture with no work life balance. No one respects boundaries. No RSUs. No support for teams. Probably the worst company I’ve worked for where I felt like simply a number and not a valued employee.

Team is lovely and great interactions. I love the people I work with.

Cons

Too many reorganizations and restructuring initiatives. Company culture appears to be moving towards less collaborative and more of a single decision-maker mindset.
