Pros

No weekends which is always really good, management are understanding when you are struggling in certain areas, I never done a job like this before and feel I have come such a long way from where I started to where I am now and that wouldn't be without the team and around me and of course Martyn the passion and drive he has to make you excel is motivational in it's self, if your having a bad day or not getting the targets that you set yourself management will try there up most with little training excercises love listening and within half hour your back on top form! And having your win rates read out really gives you a sense of achievement . Top incentives Target driven

Cons

Any job you work at will have cons and to be fair Emcas has a few in my eyes, but I'm happy where I am they don't effect me so no need to raise a issue :)

Pros

I have a job that makes me feel that I am making a difference to a clients life, that is a big thing, this is not just a job. Sometimes you go to work just for the money, not here at EMCAS. Talking to clients, making sure that their concerns are heard, there are times when we do not win for out clients, but at least we have given them a voice. We have good teams lead by great managers. Our current CEO is shaking things up, which is always needed in business. EMCAS are leaders in their field and a force to be reckoned with, I am proud to be a part of the team that fights on behalf of those that can't, are unable or just don't know how to fight for themselves.

Cons

All business have to change and EMCAS are going through a period of change, Upper management has changed almost entirely which has caused some disruption. however this sis settling down as the new directors establish a rapport with the rest of the teams.
