Worst management consulting firm - Anonymous employee EMA Partners Employee Review

There are only cons of working at EMA Partners. The MD is completely full of himself. The partners have absolutely zero sense of employee welfare. There is no appreciation for work and you are made to work like horses and donkeys without sufficient remuneration. You will be asked to "not fall sick", "not party too hard" so you can not take sick leaves. Even if you have a surgery or have lost a loved one, you will be expected to work and it will be too much to ask for leaves. They say you are entitled to 25 leaves but they do not want you to take any. This company gave me mental health and severe anxiety issues and when I brought it up to my managing partner, she said "there's nothing to be anxious about". Absolutely pathetic god forsaken company. They don't even have enough revenue or clients to keep them going anyway.
