I chose to leave the company due to the following reasons: Loud office environment with constant yelling and bickering amongst management and employees. Shady management practices. Corporate social responsibility issues. Communication between management and employees was nonexistent. Outside involvement/influence from an individual who can no longer legally operate a business. Instances of sexual harassment were not addressed on multiple occasions.
