The entire C Suite doesn't know what they are doing and seem to go above and beyond to wound their staff They went through 5 restructures in under a year just to get rid of key staff. No uplift and no other reason. After each one they promised it was the last. Salary is underwhelming unless you take the bonus into account. Management play whack a mole with market goals, without any semblance of a strategy. Management keep everything secret until the last minute meaning every initiative is a scramble and has 0 input from anyone else in the business. The company works against it's own customer base, introducing features for short term benefit that anyone can see will not benefit customers. RnD gets no opportunity to learn from their failings. Do not believe anyone who says this company is good for product people or any engineer who believes in the customer. This company is waterfall and has a top down approach to prioritisation. The software has a ton of faults, everyone knows it but the RnD department isn't allowed to do anything about it. That's clear even from where we sit.
