- Toxic leadership with a horrible culture. Everything you see on social media is a facade (CHRO and CEO in particular). - Ironically, HR processes are not followed. Your mate in the next department is there one minute, walked out the door the next. - CEO is focused on one thing, and that's lining his pockets. Taking $2 million dollars of jobkeeper, while giving yourself a bonus, and then letting people go, is unethical and unacceptable. - Nepotism is the name of the game. - Lot's of talk, no action. No real opportunity for career growth. - No real organic growth. Everything comes from (poorly managed and integrated) acquisitions.
