      You have full freedom on exploring yourself in the company and working on the projects.

      Cons

      No guidance provided at all and everythjng is run by intern. Boss give nothing but giving senseless opinion on the work.

      Pros

      No props at all, except you will learn a lot of things by yourself.

      Cons

      Company run by cheap CEO, 0 knowledge in his domain, over-confident yet incompetent. I suggest he can go outside and get a proper job and slowly climb up to learn how to run a proper company, or handle a project. Pay is little to nothing, and some more late with such little pay.
