If you are an experienced sales professional in the Chicago market, don't waste your time here unless all upper managers are replaced. The interview process gives new comers a great feeling about the opportunity but you quickly learn that the entire interview was a lie. New employees are not respected by the VP. VP prides himself on all employees he fired and keeps a listed record on his office wall. He is very arrogant and extremely unprofessional.
