      They have an attractive social media account to disguise red flags and disregard for basic human rights

      Cons

      Use people, zero regard, ghosting , human exploitation hiding behind luxury Instagram accounts with zero morals or basic dignity and respect for others time. Not the first time I’ve heard this of ELE, I now fall for this scam too and have my time abused.

      Pros

      I worked as an interior designer and had a good experience overall. The team was collaborative, and I got to work on a variety of projects that helped build my skills.

      Cons

      At times, deadlines were tight and communication could have been clearer, but it was a great place to grow and gain hands-on experience.
