Pros
Nothing good. Not join it anymore. Very bad management and project manager. They will harass you. They will give you work that is not related to your designation. You will not grow in your life eventually. Firing based company.
Cons
Firing based company. HR , PM and management are worst ever as per my experience. You will have to say night even it is day. Then only you can survive. You can't say speak truth here. Only management will say and you have to follow even it is wrong. There is no way to say your point. It is not an equal employment opportunity company.
