      Very entrepreneurial, allowing you the freedom to create and explore ideas. The employees are top tier talent, highly professional and ambitious.

      Cons

      Lack of oversight on financial and customer targets. Many team members acting as lone wolves and working against each other. Impaired communication and culture to keep teams engaged and connected.

      Pros

      If you are familiar with the Overemployed subreddit, this company could be for you. I worked for perhaps 10 hours a week most weeks for a full salary and received glowing reports on my job performance.

      Cons

      Some folks don't even bother putting in the solid 10 hours a week and it shows. Lots of slackers who get paychecks for absolutely nothing.
