Pros
I've been at eGlobalTech for 8 years, just learned about Glassdoor. I'm also not one to leave reviews but after reading the posts on here, and talking to others, I feel a sense of duty to respond. The employees at eGT are hard-working and dedicated to their jobs. Those that perform well (there are high standards) succeed in every sense of the word. Their careers grow, they learn a lot, and they get involved in as many company activities as they want. A company that sends gifts to employees that are ill (or who's family members are ill), that sends people home after they work too hard, that increases benefits on an annual basis, that celebrates employee personal milestones, and that celebrated employee 5 and 10 year anniversaries just would not do some of things listed on here. In addition, a company that isn't performing well or ethically would not have grown to this size (and continues to grow) and would not have achieved all it has. The people here are good people who always want to lend a helping hand. Some of the reviews on this site though do not seem real, which is unfortunate.
Cons
Since people are spread throughout the DC area, need to expand communication with all employees. Otherwise, there are no "cons" that I haven't seen in other companies.
