      Pros

      There are some wonderfully talented and professional individuals within the organization. The product and services are highly competitive and bring value to businesses. The company has a strong history in Florida with many satisfied customers, narrowing the field of competition in the market.

      Cons

      Lack of quality leadership in territory, lack of sales development and a lack of professionalism in territory office. There is little to no relationship between corporate and regional office staff.

      Regular work schedule; easy routine

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities, zero pay increases, too much nepotism, favoritism, and cronyism. Newer hires typically are paid higher hourly wages; many employees spend their time doing nothing.
