The work environment is very modern and clean, not what you might expect from manufacturing. The plant has a high standard of technologies. The pay is good and the benefits are also good.
Cons
If you’re willing to work and be part of the team then there are not a lot of cons.

The people were very friendly and helpful including both HR and the other engineers I worked with. Very flexible with work and hours and made the experience about learning instead of simply getting menial tasks out of an intern and making a publicity stunt.
Cons
Intern program was fairly new when I started and had some further organization to be done and sometimes I found myself not knowing exactly what to do.
